Coming Together Through Creativity

19May2021

From 7pm ET

Creativity is a powerful force and tool in times of great change. As Americans receive the COVID-19 vaccine and await implementation of the American Rescue Plan, its people remain divided on issues that affect us all.

Join ATW for the May session of our inspiring, interactive class and lecture series led by Artistic Director and Founder Thurman E. Scott: Coming Together Through Creativity on May 19th at 7PM ET.

Mr. Scott will share insights and techniques to bring people of different backgrounds and beliefs together, and help us accept each other. When diverse people join together they feel their power and encourage others to speak up. Connection and unity give us energy, and the courage to accept our individuality and common bonds. Now is our chance to develop new tools to meet the challenges ahead and reshape our country.

This interactive session will include a lecture and an open dialog where you can ask a master theatre artist questions about today’s issues and ways to use creative techniques in your own life. Mr. Scott will teach simple creative exercises that will help us change the energy of fear and uncertainty often experienced in times of change, to the energy of hope and possibility.

Join us on Zoom Wednesday, May 19th at 7PM ET / 4PM PT to listen to new insights, learn, and experience change from a master teacher of creative process.

Register here on Eventbrite and the Zoom link will be emailed to you!
