My Immigrant Life Story is a five-week creative writing and performance program for immigrants and their descendants to share and celebrate their journeys, struggles and insights, through drama and the creative process. Schedule: Wednesdays, 6:00 - 9:00pm

The Actors Theatre Workshop invites you to attend a live poetry reading featuring eight acclaimed NYC poets exploring social issues of the day followed by a film screening featuring 20 extraordinary poets and music by the incomparable Christine Elise. Christian Morant's latest production is an ode to the community that has revitalized the life and purpose of the performing artist. It explores themes of vulnerability, confidence, fear, external validation, and other challenges that many of us face when publicly sharing our craft. Ultimately though, it is more than a performance, art, or poetry... it's a new era of STAGE PRESENCE.

Artist / Audience Talkback will follow the screening

This production of Stage Presence will feature a live poetry reading alongside the film.
